Chocolate Fit Cake

Yeah Chocolate cake recipe Here we go

3 medium eggs

¾ cup brown sugar (you can use agave syrup or stevia to increase)

1 cup coconut milk(normal milk ,almond or soya milk)

½ cup coconut oil (another vegetable)

21/4 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon baking powder

11/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 table spoon natural unsweetened cacao powder

7 table spoon buckwheat flour (all purpose flour)

Procedure

1-Preheats oven to 175°C and don’t open fans, prepare your cake pan. Rub with oil. In a bowl, break in tree eggs and add the sugar. Mix them until the egg come foam. Add oil and milk, slightly mix. Add vanilla extract, baking powder and baking soda. Slightly mix. Add dry ingredients (cocoa powder ,flour )Stir together until well combined. Pour the mix into the prepared cake pan and bake for 35 mins or until a toothpick/skewer comes out smooth.
